CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 116(FIN) An Act relating to the Board                    
of Agriculture and Conservation, to the director of agriculture, to the        
agricultural revolving loan fund and to loans from the fund, to the            
disposal of interests in state agricultural land; and providing for an         
effective date was read the second time.                                       
                                                                               
Senator Halford, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the              
adoption of the Resources Senate Committee Substitute offered on               
page 3180. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE                       
BILL NO. 116(RES) was adopted and read the second time.                        
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.                                 
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 116(RES) was read                          
the third time.
